Lem Ethiopia’s source finances is about 45% from membership contributions & local grants while the remaining 55% is from projects funded by external donors. Its financial system is computerized according to accounting standards. Audit report is done on yearly basis by chartered accountants. Year 2002 budget has been close to USD 64,000 and during the current budget year is close to USD 62,000.
